RAINBOWS, BROWNIES, GUIDES & RANGERS
Yoga encourages children to live a happy and healthy lifestyle and helps towards developing skills for life.
Choose between Traditional yoga, storytelling, dance or a theme of your choice for your girl guiding activity or to achieve their next badge.
Children will discover the feeling of being calm and they'll learn when to use breathing techniques from these 45 minute sessions. Each option finishes with a guided relaxation along with positive affirmations to boost body awareness and self-esteem.

Yoga parties are incredibly unique and what's best is they are all tailored to you.
There are 4 options to choose from each with a different price tag to suit what you want. All packages include a choice of the birthday girl/boys 3 favourite songs for party games.
Planning a big party? All good here! The maximum number of children Sarah can deliver a party to is 24 children. Please keep in mind the size of the room you choose to hold it in on the day.

NURSERY & PRESCHOOL
Yoga at this age is all about fun and discovery. Children love to follow along to a yoga story that includes make believe and play.

By choosing Nursery & Preschool yoga, children's imaginations will run free while their bodies become healthy. Join in adventures, traditional tales and storybooks magically brought to life through different yoga shapes.
​
Children will flow through age appropriate unique poses and breathing techniques expressed in an animated way so that they experience a fun yoga style.
